Hanover Insurance faced the challenge of right-sizing their numerous locations across the US post-COVID. This included downsizing, merging nearby offices, and closing some locations. With over 50 locations and approximately 4,000 employees, this was a significant undertaking. The goal was to manage these transitions smoothly, ensuring that operations were not disrupted and that the company could maintain its high standards of service.

By collaborating with our national strategic partners, we were able to understand and address all of Hanover Insurance's needs during their right-sizing process. This allowed us to establish ourselves as trusted experts and an integral part of their team, providing the support they needed during this shift. Key services included:

• Equipment Rental: Provided 950 crate rentals with dollies and several dozen purge bins for oversized items.
• Accessory Sales: Supplied computer monitor bags, keyboard bags, and labels for every move.
• Office Moving and Decommissioning: Managed office relocations, decommissioning of old spaces, and removal of low voltage wires.
• Patch and Paint: Patched and sanded holes from previously hung artwork to restore leased spaces to their original condition.
• Furniture KD and Install: Received, delivered, and installed new office furniture, and managed the knockdown and installation of existing furniture.
• Electronic Recycling: Ensured proper disposal and recycling of electronic waste.

Rentacrate successfully completed all 16 projects from 2022 to 2024 on time and within budget. This included major projects in Itasca, IL, and Roseville, CA.
